Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fan in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, blades, and remote controls are included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the fan's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 business days.
